Returns Policy

A 30 day warranty is given on any manufacturing faults with any purchased items. A full refund or exchange is offered. the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the defective item as been received back at the showroom.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We are able to post to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, postage will be $7.00 flat rate regardless of how many items are purchased.
